Peter was Master of the Music in Derby Cathedral for 32 years retiring in 2015. He had a career of 40 years of working in English Cathedrals.
Peter now lives just north of Portsmouth and finds that he is doing more organ playing in services and recitals than he ever did in Derby! This year he has been travelling around the whole of the Portsmouth Diocese playing each organ; the final recital to be held at Portsmouth Cathedral on 28th November at 1.10 p.m, when he will play the whole of Vierne’s Symphonie No.1, which he has been learning throughout this year.
